Who of you that read this can say truthfully that you understand me? I feel as though very few people do, though I certainly do not mean that no one understands me. I certainly have a few close friends who know me better than anyone. It seems to me that the number of people who have similar experiences and thought patterns like mine are scant, to say the least. Some of you call this weirdness, which I don't appreciate particularly. I take it to mean that you dont' really understand... Enough said.

Struggling greatly to find the time and inspiration to write poetry on more esoteric subjects. I could write angsty bullshit, but that would be a disservice to everyone who reads this. My emotions are far too primal right now to write something worth reading.

Things are busy for me as of late. I hope the few of you who actually keep tabs on me haven't lost complete faith that I will continue writing. Pursuing an electrical / computer engineering degree is really occupying the large majority of my time. It's a shame, really. I thought I was busy last year, but this year things are ridiculously busy.

It's been forever since I've posted a journal entry. Why is that? Gosh. The last time I posted was at the end of the college school year, and now I'm beginning another. I have a girlfriend. Nathan has come and gone. I've gone out east, come back, moved into my apartment (well sort of), Josh is going to Germany. The world spins.

Nonetheless, I am extremely happy, if not a bit stunned at the pace of things.

I have 527 page views - roughly one for each favorite I have. I have so many pieces of work that I think are of high quality, yet I do not get the views I so cherish because I do not feature females in my work, nor pictures. How aggravating.
